At Emirates Extrusion Factory, we employ advanced energy-efficient technologies and practices to minimize energy consumption during the aluminum extrusion process. Our operations leverage flow meters to monitor and optimize fluid and gas usage effectively. Automated control systems, including electrical power factor correction, AC and DC drives, and PLC automation, enhance precision and efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable production process. Additionally, our factory utilizes a closed-loop air and water cooling system, ensuring resource-efficient production while maintaining high standards of performance.

We prioritize tracking and optimizing energy use throughout our extrusion and coating processes to ensure sustainability at every stage. Advanced systems such as temperature controllers, thermocouples, and oven trackers play a vital role in monitoring energy consumption. Daily energy audits focus on critical areas, including the log oven, die oven, ageing oven, powder coating oven, and dry oven, helping us identify and implement energy-saving measures. Recent upgrades, such as enhanced oven insulation to minimize temperature loss, further highlight our commitment to improving energy efficiency.

Sustainability is at the core of our product design and production methods. We adhere to established practices, procedures, and routine checks to ensure energy efficiency and minimize waste. Skilled manpower, combined with proper oven and burner settings, thermocouples, and temperature controllers, enables us to reduce carbon emissions and manage solid waste responsibly through advanced treatment plants like STP and ETP. Additionally, we prioritize durability and recyclability by collaborating with professional die, powder, and chemical suppliers and sending recycled aluminum waste back for casting with proper material grades.

Our recycling and waste management strategies emphasize precision and sustainability. By maintaining strict controls over length, weight, and quality, we minimize aluminum waste, ensuring efficient recycling processes. Treated water from our sewerage treatment plant (STP) is repurposed for irrigation, showcasing our commitment to water conservation. Daily monitoring of STP and effluent treatment plant (ETP) operations helps reduce water consumption while maintaining conductivity and pH levels. Although water remains essential for production, our waste and water reduction efforts ensure minimal environmental impact without compromising quality or efficiency.
