Objectives of this Role

• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and builds relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field daily and Monthly Responsibilities.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring skills and Qualifications

Skills Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales within an Aluminum extrusion setting· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

• Bachelor’s degree
• UAE driving license

• Check the design request upon receipt.
• Dies drawings and design.
• Coordinate with the purchase department to get the costs from suppliers
• Intimate the die cost to the customer through the sales department
• Organize the trailer for new dies.
• Send the sample with validation to the customer through the sales department.
• Dies inventory
• Ordering for broken dies
• Prepare monthly or any required report.
• Drafts scale drawings of each die set, delineating contours and dimensions for the manufacture of die.

Skills Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in die designing within an Aluminum extrusion setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills
• Advance reporting skills

• Organize all the certificate of origin and legalize the papers for clearing and forwarding, with a respective government department.

IT Administrator:

• Experience in SQL Server 2012 and up.
• Experience in programming (Visual Studio 2015 – vb.net & asp.net)
• Experience in Crystal Reports XI.
• Experience in LAN and Server OS 2008 and up

Task

• Monitor the server room temperature and humidity (Daily).
• Verify Backup of the database (Daily).
• Remote Connection to WAE for Support (FABS & In-house Software).
• Responsible for Installing the Application to the new computer.
• Responsible and coordinate with Techsource regarding Creation / Blocking of Employees Email Accounts and username.
• Responsible in requesting IT Peripherals.
• Creating Employee Username in FABS and In-House Software
• Generating Monthly Inventory Report for Main Store / BDD / TBD
• Support FABS Software, extract report from the database as per management request report
• Support In-house software, extract report from the database as per management request report
• Support and Modification of in-house software (Sales Quotation, Production, Store Inventory, Order Status)
• Create / Modify Report in Crystal Report as per management request or needed both in FABS and In-House Software.
• Provide IT Reports (as per request) for Internal and External Auditors.
• Other IT-related issues and request from the management.
